As Manager of Client Experience, Alyssa is responsible for the design and delivery of the services provided to the families we serve. Alyssa is dedicated to proactively meeting and anticipating the evolving needs of our clients throughout every stage of life. This approach aligns with the firm’s mission to create meaningful impact through clarity, care, and connection. She ensures every interaction—from first introductions to lasting relationships—feels seamless and personal. Alyssa approaches this responsibility with energy, enthusiasm and a desire to make a positive difference.

With a background in communication and over a decade of client service and operational experience, Alyssa brings both creativity and intention to her role. She is passionate about cultivating experiences that make clients feel valued, supported, and confident through every stage of their financial journey.

Outside the office, Alyssa enjoys traveling with her husband, Andrew, exploring new places, and spending time with their animals. Her favorite food is sushi, and Dubai sits at the top of her travel list.
